Take a moment to reread the emails.
Which one jumps at you, feels like it is speaking to where you are now?Â
Â
1. WANING MOON
The phase of letting go
This is often the phase where people feel more tired, inward, or emotionally full.
The pushing stops working in the same way.
Your system begins asking for less noise, less pressure, less pretending everything is fine.
This phase is not weakness.
It is usually a sign that something needs to be released, completed, or acknowledged.
For some people this phase passes naturally.
For others, this becomes a place they quietly live in for years:
exhausted, overwhelmed, emotionally carrying too much.
The invitation here is not to force movement.Â
It is to loosen your grip enough to hear yourself again.
 Email 1
You don't need to push right now
 Iâve been noticing something lately.
People are a little more tired than usual.
A little more inward.
A little less able for things that normally feel fine.
And it makes sense.
Thereâs a lot going on in the world. Even when youâre not directly involved, your system still feels it.
So if youâve found yourself with lower energyâŚ
thinking a bit moreâŚ
wanting to step back a littleâŚ
Youâre not off track.
Youâre responding.
Sometimes when resilience dips, the instinct is to push harder.
To get back to yourself as quickly as possible.
But this isnât one of those times.
This is a quieter phase.
The kind where your system is asking for less, not more.
Less pressure.
Less expectation.
Less âI should be doing better than this.â
You donât need to fix anything.
If something naturally falls away right now⌠let it.
If you feel like pulling back a little⌠thatâs okay too.
If you rest more than usual⌠your body probably needs it.
This isnât you losing momentum.
Itâs you recalibrating.
During this phase you can gently support yourself.
Here are a few ways that tend to work well when the energy is like this:
- Letting go
Loosening your grip on something that you already know isnât right for you anymore. A thought, a habit, a dynamic. Nothing dramatic. Just a quiet release. - Resting properly
Giving yourself real rest. Early nights, slower mornings, even something as simple as sitting without needing to fill the space. - Reflecting
Not overthinking, just noticing. Writing things down, letting thoughts land, allowing things youâve pushed aside to be seen a little more clearly. - Finishing things
Tying up small loose ends. Completing whatâs already open rather than starting something new.
You donât need to do all of these. Just pick one. And then lean into it, gently.
Thatâs more than enough.
So instead of asking more of yourself this weekâŚsee what happens if you ask a little less.
You might be surprised at what settles when you do.
In the meantime, continue to be kind to yourself.

2. NEW MOON
The phase of clarity and quiet beginnings
After letting go, there is often a quieter space.
Not everything feels clear yet, but something inside you knows things cannot continue exactly as they have been.
This phase is less about dramatic change and more about honesty.
What actually matters now?
What feels true?
What do you genuinely want more of in your life?
People in this phase are often searching for clarity, direction, or a sense of themselves again.
The challenge is that many people rush to fill the space before they truly listen to themselves.
This phase asks you to pause long enough to hear what is trying to emerge.
Email 2
You donât need to rush what comes next
After a period of letting go, thereâs often a quiet space that follows.
It can feel unfamiliar.
Your think I need to push myself but instead of reacting in the same old way.
How about not trying to fix everything all at once.
Now I know that can feel like⌠nothing is happening.
But I promise you something is.
This is the space where things begin to settle.
Where your system starts to recalibrate without interference.
Where the noise in your head, the endless to do lists, the emails, the calls, drop just enough for something more honest to come through.
Again, the instinct here is often to fill the space quickly.
To decide whatâs next.
To set new goals.
To get moving again.
But you donât need to do that just yet.
You donât need ten new plans, or to overhaul your life.
You just need a little clarity.
So, pickâŚ..
â
One area.
â
One direction.
â
One thing that feels quietly important to you.
Nothing that feels urgent and nothing that feels like pressure.
Just one thing that feels⌠true.
Because when something is clear, even gently clear, movement becomes a lot easier later on.
So, for now, donât rush to fill the space.
Let it be there.
And simply notice what begins to stand out.
Thatâs enough.
3. WAXING MOON
The phase of movement and rebuilding trust in yourself
This is the phase where energy begins to return.
Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
But enough to feel ready for movement again.
People in this phase often know what needs to change.
The challenge is no longer awarenessâŚit is action.
This is where overthinking, waiting to feel ready, or doubting yourself can quietly keep you stuck.
Small, consistent movement matters here far more than perfection.
Because confidence rarely appears first.
More often, confidence is built by taking the step.
Email 3 This is where you start moving again
A few days ago, I asked you not to rush.
To let things settle.
To give yourself space to hear what matters. Letting your mind show you the important stuff. What is important to you.
And usually, when you allow thatâŚsomething small begins to emerge.
Not a big, dramatic plan. Just a quiet sense of direction.
This is where things begin to shift.
Because once thereâs even a little clarity, staying still starts to feel uncomfortable in a different way.
Not heavy⌠just ready. Its like being at the starting Ine of a race and waiting for the starter pistol to fire.
This is the point where people often overcomplicate things.
They think they need a full plan.
More confidence. More certainty.
But you donât.
You just need to move.
Not in a big way.
Not perfectly.
Just one small, deliberate step.
Confidence doesnât come before action. It comes from it.
And the longer you wait to feel fully ready, the longer you stay exactly where you are.
So, keep this simple.
Whatâs one small step you could take today?
Not everything.
Just one thing that moves you slightly forward toward what is important to you.
Do that.
And let that be enough for now.

4. FULL MOON
The phase of awareness and truth
This is often the phase where things become harder to ignore.
Patterns feel louder.
Emotions rise closer to the surface.
The things you have been tolerating, avoiding, or explaining away begin asking for your attention.
For many people this phase feels uncomfortable because awareness can be uncomfortable.
You begin to notice:
the same reactions,
the same fears,
the same loops,
the same ways you abandon yourself or hold yourself back.
Not because you are failing.
But because something inside you is ready to be seen more clearly.
This phase is powerful.
Because once you can truly see a pattern, you are no longer completely unconscious to it.
And while awareness alone does not change your lifeâŚ
it is the moment change becomes possible.
The question then becomes:
Will you continue the cycleâŚ
or begin changing it?
Email 4.
Youâre seeing this for a reasonÂ
There are times when things become harder to ignore.
Thoughts feel louder.
Patterns feel more obvious.
Reactions you thought were handled⌠show up again.
And it can be frustrating.
Especially when you know better.
I see this all the time.
Intelligent, capable people, who understand whatâs happening,
and yet, still find themselves in the same loop.
Not because theyâre doing something wrong.
But because awareness on its own doesnât create change.
It just shows you where change is needed.
And this is the moment most people turn away.
They distract themselves.
They push it down.
They tell themselves itâs not a big deal.
But if something is showing up repeatedly, itâs not random.
Itâs asking for your attention.
Not your judgment. Not your frustration.
Just your attention.
Because once you can see something clearlyâŚ
you have a choice.
The question isnât:
âWhy is this happening again?â
Itâs:
âWhat am I going to do with what Iâm seeing?â
You donât need to answer that perfectly today.
Just be honest about whatâs there.
Thatâs where real change begins.
You may have recognised yourself strongly in one phase.
Or perhaps you saw yourself move through all four.
That is often how life works.
We move through periods of release,
clarity,
movement,
and awareness,
again and again.
But sometimes we get stuck.
Stuck overthinking.
Stuck exhausted.
Stuck waiting.
Stuck repeating the same emotional patterns while hoping life will somehow feel different.
And while awareness is powerfulâŚ
nothing changes until something changes.
Real change begins when you start understanding not just what you do,
but why you do it.
When you begin recognising the beliefs, emotional patterns, and unconscious habits shaping your life quietly in the background.
That is the work I do inside The Clarity Way.
A space where you learn how to understand yourself more deeply, regulate your emotions more effectively, and gently change the patterns that are no longer serving you.
Not through pressure or perfection.
But through awareness, understanding, and practical change that fits into real life.
If you feel ready for that next step, you can explore The Clarity Way below.
